Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped or manufactured. If canceled timely, a full refund will be issued. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive the item. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges will only be billed once, including for returns, and no restocking fees apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding receipt and the status of your refund approval. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. Contact your bank if necessary. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
